Ever since its establishment, LEAD has been keen to contribute to the development of the communities where it operates. From know-how transfer to social support, LEAD's community-oriented endeavors have expanded to more than one field.

With the aim of enhancing long-term relationships and benefits to the local community where it operates, and during the execution of numerous major projects, LEAD has offered local workforce in-house training and employment opportunities as part of its mission to build a generation of qualified manpower.

Moreover LEAD has supported small local community projects through sponsorship of arts and sport events.
